Cannabis Company Hollister Biosciences Signs Letter of Intent to Acquire Mushroom-based Health Company Alphamind Brands

Vancouver-based Hollister Biosciences Inc. is a high-quality hemp and cannabis company. On March 9, 2020, they entered into a Letter of Intent to acquire Alphamind Brands, who are developing mushroom-based natural health products, and (most interestingly for us) are conducting research into developing psilocybin-based compounds.

Alphamind‘s CEO, Robert Birmingham, explained that his Company already has medicinal mushroom-based products ready to ship, and that R&D is being undertaken to develop an Intellectual Property portfolio around psilocybin-based pharmaceuticals.
