Dr. Bronner’s has transformed its iconic labelling into an educational pitch on the promise of psychedelic therapies and medicine, and has donated in excess of $3m to the cause in 2020 alone.

The top-selling natural soap brand has launched its Heal Soul campaign, supporting psychedelic therapy public education efforts in North America.

The Company, a registered B Corp, is seeking to contribute to the mainstreaming of psychedelic-assisted therapy via this new label design, and its charitable donations amassing over $3 million so far this year.

Dr. Bronner’s Heal Soul label is a public education effort to mainstream psychedelic therapies and medicine.

“Our world is grappling with epidemics of depression, anxiety, PTSD, and addiction that modern pharmaceutical approaches often fail to adequately address”, said David Bronner, CEO of the Company.

“Psychedelic-assisted therapy is life-saving medicine that the world needs now, especially highly traumatized populations like veterans, first responders and marginalized communities generally,” Bronner explained while commenting on the great promise shown in clinical trials at Johns Hopkins, NYU, UCLA, and elsewhere.

Dr. Bronner’s committed $1 million to MAPS’ attempts to pass FDA approval for MDMA-assisted therapy for treatment-resistant PTSD, along with high-profile donors like Tim Ferriss.

Other recipients of Dr. Bronner’s philanthropy include decriminalisation organisations, such as the Oregon Psilocybin Therapy Measure (Yes on 109) and Decriminalize Nature DC (Initiative 81). The Company has committed over $2 million to the former, and over half-a-million to the latter.

To complement the launch of their Heal Soul campaign, Dr. Bronner’s has produced a series of 8 short videos on the power of psychedelic-assisted therapy and medicines.
